Do you offer free plans?

Yes. Simply sign up to bannernote and get started. Once you hit one of the usage limits highlighted in the packages, we kindly ask to upgrade your account.

How will I be billed?

We have two different packages: Monthly or Annually. Depending on your plan, you are getting charged monthly or annually. For customers, who use a annual plan can enjoy a 20% discount as well as enterprise support. We use Stripe as the payment processor in the background, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you offer Integration Support?

Yes. We offer basic integration support. For our enterprise customers, we offer 24/7 support via Email, Slack, or Video Call. If you have any questions in regards of your integration, don’t hesitate to schedule a call here.

How can I cancel my Plan?

You can simply cancel your plan in your dashboard or via our customer support. If you subscribed to an annual plan, the cancelation will be active once the annual plan runs out.

What Happens when I hit my Limits?

Once you hit the limits in your plan, we’ll notify you in the dashboard. Your current campaigns will be put on pause, until you upgraded to a higher plan, or a new month begins.
